HPRT Unveils Revolutionary Digital Textile Printers at 2023 ITMA Exhibition

Today, the much-anticipated China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition have been orderly underway at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center.

DA18FS Hybrid - Hybrid Process Textile Printing Machine

The DA18FS Hybrid online sizing flat bed screen digital textile printer is a hybrid process printing machine that integrates rotary screen online sizing, digital textile printing, and flat screen printing. It can achieve high-definition quality for various types of textile printing. 

This digital fabric printer has 64 Kyocera industrial-grade print heads, with multiple print heads combined for high-speed printing. In 2-pass mode, the production capacity is up to 1080㎡/hour. High efficiency, low cost, and flexible combination of multiple processes create excellent print quality. Its superb cost-performance ratio meets the needs of large-volume printing production.

The DA18FS Hybrid series is an online sizing flat screen digital printing machine that combines high-speed digital printing technology with mature inline pretreatment and flat screen systems.

Through special combinations and control systems, digital printing, flat screen, and online sizing machines work perfectly in coordination, maximizing production capacity and adapting to large-volume, high-quality printing production. Additionally, the flat screen can be used for special or customized processes.

Moreover, this series also utilizes mature "wet printing" technology, where the penetration of ink on wet sizing is enhanced, reducing ink usage while achieving uniform and full color, improving color saturation and ink coloring rate. 

Besides, the DA18FS Hybrid has its own developed control system, an integrated design of the machine base, a tension-free uninterrupted cloth feeding mechanism, automatic sizing and digital pattern alignment, tension-free drying, and other system combinations that operate smoothly, paving the way for large-volume printing production.

DA186T Plus High-Speed Dye Sublimation Digital Textile Printer

The DA186T Plus high-speed roll-to-roll dye sublimation digital textile printer, is designed for dye sublimation printing. It uses the dye sublimation process, with a direct production process, rich pattern colors, and excellent print quality that enhances the user experience, helping industry users achieve a win-win in quality and cost.

This series has 24 Kyocera industrial-grade print heads, with a production capacity of up to 1080㎡/hour in 1-pass mode. The hardcore print heads bring higher productivity, with 6 colors available, offering a wider color gamut and more color combination capabilities. 

Through special combinations and control systems, the print heads' productivity is maximized. This is beneficial for users with large daily business orders, comprehensively improving printing efficiency.

The DA186T Plus also features a unique drive design and ink supply system, capable of using disperse ink, high-temperature disperse ink, etc. The ink droplets are more precisely ejected, bringing image-level output quality. 

This model strikes an optimal balance between quality and speed, delivering high-definition output for reliable performance. It also boasts user-friendly operation, featuring an automatic print head cleaning system and a moisturizing system. These features significantly reduce the risk of clogging, thereby enhancing output stability and enabling efficient single-person operation.

This model notably excels in reducing printing costs while featuring a large-capacity, floor-standing ink supply system that minimizes ink refilling frequency. Capable of printing on paper as light as 31g/㎡, it efficiently cuts down material waste from prototyping to production, further driving down printing expenses.

DA188SL PRO MAX Pretreatment Inline Conveying-belt Digital Textile Printer

The DA188SL PRO MAX, a conveying-belt direct-to-fabric digital textile printer with inline pretreatment, is specifically designed for pigment printing. This machine streamlines the printing process by integrating pretreatment, enhancing both efficiency and print quality. It offers a comprehensive solution for pigment-based textile printing.

This model has 18 industrial-grade print heads, with a production capacity of up to 270㎡/hour in 2-pass mode, fast and stable, creating production value every second. It also features a unique drive design and ink supply system, achieving online sizing pre-treatment processes. The machine integrates pre-treatment sizing processes, saving ink usage while making the print colors more vivid, with higher color saturation, high-definition printing, and excellent imaging.

The DA188SL Pro MAX also has an intelligent energy-saving design, with an automatic print head cleaning system, moisturizing system, automatic guide belt cleaning and maintenance system, and other designs for simplified operation and maintenance, protecting machine efficiency, making single-person operation possible.
